release me: a ritual to trust + let go
Traditionally, autumn represents the harvest; a time to gather what has come out of a season of patient cultivation + a dedication to growth.
Although we have sown seeds of intention, we are never guaranteed any particular outcome, or path for success. The changing of the season invites us to evaluate where we currently stand on the road towards our desired destiny, to release what is no longer in alignment, to choose what we carry forward, + to trust our intuition to make the discernment needed.
Cord cutting is a healing ritual meant to sever ties to that which binds us to outdated beliefs, situations, + relationships. It can be incredibly helpful in moving through transition, grief, fear, negative self-view, unaligned thought patterns, or any circumstance that represents a need for change through letting go. This release allows us to make room for the abundance of harvest season.
Allowing ourselves to reflect honestly on any present circumstances, to consider where we can detach with gratitude to make more room for what is still unfolding in our highest purpose, + to allow us the opportunity to even simply change our mind - therefore changing our direction - can be momentous in strengthening + anchoring into self-trust and receptivity.
Join us for “Release Me,” a ritual to trust and let go. Through an intentional cord cutting ceremony, you will acknowledge + show gratitude for what has carried you, while preparing to gently detach from what is no longer in alignment for the future, and open to what serves you best.
Attendees will be led through a series of interactive exercises to recognize their current crossroads, intuitively meditate on their highest potential, + cut the cords to any outdated shadow patterns or attachments. Then we will call in guidance for the blessings ahead.
This ceremony will be a gentle welcome to the fall equinox, harvesting all that is nourishing us. It is also a post-eclipse release, allowing us to make space for all that wants to come in + further our journey.
With this ritual, you will receive:
A pdf with extra prep and instructions for the ritual, tips on practices to strengthen intuition while finding release, and tarot spreads and journaling prompts to help guide your curiosity for what may come up for you
